EPCOT Part 2

We felt that the other day, we ran out of time before we had really explored enough of the World Showcase at EPCOT.

So today we returned (we extended our tickets by 1 day for $6 each).

And we thoroughly explored every inch of it. There were some more excellent movies in Circle-Vision, especially China. There was an awesome animatronics stage-show at the USA pavilion. And there were great educational boat rides at the Mexico and Norway pavilions. We had a ball.

Of course, we also revisited Spaceship Earth, Mission Space and Soarin’. Surprised?

It was with heavy hearts, but a feeling of great satisfaction, that we bid au revoir to the Walt Disney World parks and turned our wheels back to the hotel.
We had dinner at a Cracker Barrel restaurant. Our favourite. The food is of a home-made style. The quality is just excellent and the prices are cheap. But just as good is the atmosphere, with it’s wholesome, 1940s homey charm.

Tomorrow, Daytona Beach and the road north up the coast…

Morocco

Dragon at the Chinese Pavillion

Ah Italia

Alligator from Peter Pan - there were characters from many Disney productions all around EPCOT Centre, they were all created from flowers and shrubbery, just incredible

Mark and Pia in China (we sure do know how to get around don't we)
